All products found on our website are made & sold exclusively by us, Hero's Armory. Because of this, we control the quality of each product made, and you can rest assured that you are getting an exclusive, limited item that can't be easily replicated. At this time, we maintain control of all online sales (though we have some authorized retailers who are allowed to sell our products in person), and can therefore guarantee the best prices online.

We sell only brand new products direct from our offices. These products are all the best available quality – no refurbs, no open-box items, no used items – everything is BRAND NEW. The personal information and credit card information you provide us with is safe and secure, and used only for fulfilling your order or to keep you updated on future sales, promotions and products (if this option is chosen during checkout), and we promise to protect your privacy.

After the Sale

We’ll ship your order usually within 2 business days (or faster), unless the item you are purchasing is a pre-order item, in which case we will keep you updated as the shipping date draws closer and keep you updated on the status every step of the way. All pre-order items are clearly labeled as such. You can contact us during business hours with any questions you have. Our Shipping & Returns Policy provides assurance that we’ll take care of you in the off chance that you have any problems with your purchase.
